Refund & Return Policy

Return products and refunds are undesirable to us. However, in order to provide a secure environment to our customers, we will implement a 100% refund on products that are inoperable or cannot be activated due to an error that cannot be fixed by Product Returns Policy. Conditions required is the activation code has not been used.

The refund will be deducted from international payment charges.

The refund period is 7 days after the order reaches the user.

The following products are allowed to return:

• Unused products
• Products used in error
• The product is incompatible with the hardware
